Barcelona strolling

Hello from beautiful Barcelona! I've recently been away on a couple of holidays so have had no time to blog,  have way to much to edit right now. Prepare yourself for a spam of outfit shots and look books.

Barcelona was truly Stunning, I could spend my whole life eating veggie tapas and downing sangria whilst looking at beautiful buildings. - Also Spanish sangria is so much better then I imagined after forcing down home made sangria at a few drunken BBQs.

We took these shots around the gothic quarter between flows of tourists, all following their leaders holding a giant selfie stick in the air. - Its just the perfect back drop. This dress was one of my favourite outfits from this trip, i'm so into slip dresses and lace so this ticks all the boxes. Floaty and silky but strappy (got to have a bit of skin out for a tan, not that that happened). YAAAS.

I like to keep things simple on holiday, so a little black bag and strappy sandals are all it needs. At home I also love to wear this dress over a T-shirt with a leather jacket on top. Grunge and girly together make for the perfect match.

I hope this gives some holiday inspo. For now, back to editing beautiful pictures in the rain.

Silver tones

It's so nice to have a complete outfit without having to wear a jacket for once. Although every day this last week I've worn peep toe shoes/heels sandals and it ends up raining. -Forever looking like a crazy lady sliding around in my shoes.

These shoes are definitely worth it though, my current faves.

This sunshine is making me so excited for summer, can't wait to be reunited with my favourite gals in the sun with some cocktails. Will be wacking out the off the shoulder tops, reflective shades and flared sleeves. -So many great trends out at the moment!

On Wednesdays we wear pink

Spring is here! Quick grab your florals and get those ankles out.

Seriously though, how amazing is this bomber, I would wear this everyday if I could. Bombers are everywhere at the moment and I'm obsessed with emroidery so these are a match made in heaven.

The great thing about a bomber is they're so versatile, jeans, shorts, skirts. -I've done it all. But this is my personal fave, the pleated midi skirt. Midi skirts/culottes are my life. Most people throw on jeans as an everyday option, those are mine.

Another fave of 2016, the off the shoulder bardot. I have far too many already and that's still not enough. Although they do make me want to contour in some collar bones, because yano, cheese is life.

How to be a 70's reject

Who doesn't love a striped jumper, especially in these colours. I got this in Sweden and fell in love straight away. Stripes are such an easy way to spice up a simple outfit in so many different ways, so I thought I'd show two ways to wear this.

Of course outfit one features a suede skirt, I've realised recently I wear suede in 70% of my outfits. - I just can't help myself. I do love this one it's such a beautiful Auburn colour.- Got to love those 70's vibes.

We took these around my birthday, Ash took me to go pick out this ring in The Great Frog!-It's so cute I love it. To finish of this day we then went to go and meet up wth some friends we met in New Zealand. So nice to catch up with them and share stories from after we left each other. Now all I want to do is leave the country again, to many places to see!

Outfit two featuring these awesome trousers! People always think you can't get away with long wide  trousers if you've got little legs. So wrong! As long as you've got a good pair of heeled boots they can be so flattering to give the illusion of long legs. -Just make sure the trousers are high waisted of course.

The only down side to these are they're so long with shorter shoes, when I'm walking up stairs I have to try not trip myself up. Worth it.

London VS Nottingham

Whilst writing this, I just got back from a weekend in Nottingham to visit some friends I met in SE Asia. Was so nice to see them all again, so weird to not being covered in sweat wandering around in flip-flops.

Of course as we met in Asia we had to go for Thai food and drinks, this restaurant Zaap had such a great atmosphere and has the best Thai food I've ever had out side of Asia. Never thought I could miss vegetable fried rice so much.

There are just too many amazing food and drink stops in Nottingham, so was probably a blessing in disguise that our hotel was so far out from the city centre. If only I had taken these shoes with me to wear to save my feet. -On the bright size I had to buy a new pair of shoes from Zara…

But anyway I'm now I'm hungover and back at my house, so heres some shots with a beaut glimpse of London in the back round.

This outfit was put together around these shoes, I love them so much. There is nothing greater than finding a beaut pair of flats that don't hurt your feet. When there are rainy days in London, what's more go to than a leather jacket and culotte combo.

V-day Outfit Inspo

Valentines day is coming up, so thought I'd do my own take on it. I personally don't like wearing red on valentines day, however burgundy is another story. I recently got these bits at ASOS and I'm in love.

How cute is the detailing on this top, I love how delicate it is. Bit breezy for a February morning as I found out, but padded bra to the rescue.-No peanut smuggling today, thanks Monki.

I love the embroidery detail in this top against the soft swede on the skirt, lace and swede are the perfect match.

I'm so into a wrap skirt recently, very flattering on the waist and shows just enough leg for winter. This one hits just at the right height for the illusion of a toned leg, if like me you haven't been for a run in over two years. (Last time I ran was a half marathon, which is enough to put you off your trainers for a couple of years.

One thing to remember when wearing a wrap skirt though, hold on tight if it's windy. One big puff from the left and the whole street gets an eye full.. Fuck it, it is valentines day after all.

Embrace the breeze.

Sweden outfit post 3

Final outfit post from Sweden, If your interested in visiting or just fancy being nosy I posted a photo diary a while ago which you can find in my Travel section.

I love this satin pleated skirt, so great for dressing up a simple Jumper and boots combo. I also think it looks great with a little cropped lace top and and some strappy heels.

Smiling for a brief second when the ice cold air stopped blowing up my skirt in all ways possible.
